CDW Letter to US Reps on Job Protection Act.

While their previous letter (posted here on 5/30) was addressed to U.S. Senators, now the CDW has targeted the House of Representatives. The letter regarding the Job Protection Act is the same letter sent to The Senate late last month, with only changes reflecting the different branch of government.
